New Technology, New Objectives

A number of sensing techniques including Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) in various processing forms including interferometric SAR (InSAR) and point scatter InSAR (PsinSAR), Lidar, Infra Red (IR) and optical (multi-spectral) surveillance technologies will be combined into systems whose performance and benefits when combined with image processing, data fusion and feature extraction methods will be assessed. The overall benefits of the various approaches will be examined from theoretical, practical and financial perspectives.
